Cambodia's trade volume with members of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) rose to $22.92 billion in January-August 2024—a 17.2-per cent YoY rise, accounting for 62 per cent of the total trade volume. It exported products worth $6.05 billion to fellow RCEP members in the period—a 15-per cent YoY rise. Imports from the bloc were worth $16.87 billion—up by 18 per cent YoY.China, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan and Singapore were the top five RCEP trading partners, according to domestic media reports.
